I was a bit excited when I caught the title of this, but then deflated to know it was just a case report.

ADHD has a prevalence of 5-7%; just by chance alone, ADHD will occur in 5-7% of those with Kohlers ..... oh well...

I could see how the kind of activity levels in those with ADHD might increase the cumulative loads in the navicular ... but...

Not only have I read it, I can claim a minuscule amount of credit as I was part of the campaign to keep the lieing scumbag out of Australia .. .it worked and any rational person could see her true colors. She is still having a problem with the truth when she (and her psycho fan boys) claim that tour was canceled because they could not guarantee the safety of those attending .... but the death and bomb threats were actually being made by her supporters to the venues if they canceled. Screen shots of the threats and a statement from the police confirm that! - several people have posted the screenshots and the police statement on her Facebook page, but she just deletes them and continues to lie .... and also claim that Australia is against free speech because of this, but she deletes all this stuff people post on her facebook page ... go figure!

As for the measles outbreak originating in Disneyland ... the anti-vaxxers have a lot to answer for .... but guess what ... they keep lieing about that one too! There are plenty of scientific and rational analyses been written in recent days showing just how pathological these people are.
