    Not just physiotherapy students either happened during my nurse training too in Oxford. One student nurse left it put him right off, sad he likely would've become a better nurse than the bully.

    I didn't run away, not my style. I did a dissertation in it instead and used it after on the bullies, but helped get it address at university too, it was usually management on the ward, but it does tend to start from the top..
