    Algeos Australia is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative

    About Algeos

    Algeos is a global leader in the Allied Health Supply industry, with offices in the United Kingdom, America, U.A.E and Australia. We specialise in offering a wide range of cost effective and highly innovative products to Podiatrists, Physiotherapists and Orthotists.

    Algeos has had an office in Melbourne for approximately 7 years. We have a small, easy-going team. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join us in Dandenong South.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage incoming calls with exceptional customer service
    • Maximise sales opportunities by proactively promoting Algeos products
    • Create quotations, sales orders and invoices
    • Conduct outbound calls to current customers
    • Support Algeos marketing activities

    Key Attributes
    • Previous customer service experience
    • A professional phone manner
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to be proactive within the office is ESSENTIAL
    • Desire to learn new systems
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • A track record of managing workload efficiently
    • Previous knowledge on SAP is preferable

    Applicants must be available to work full time. From 9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays.
