    Hi Guys,

For those of you in PP, do you use a single supplier for consumables?

    If so who and why?

Specifically who do you use to purchase semi compressed felt?

    Thanks
    Blue

No, I go with whichever company the "pretty rep" is from, so long as they take me out for lunch.

I go with whoever is cheapest. I've found shopping around can be a nightmare as some companies add on loads at the cheque out. One big company almost doubles the advertised price when they add on postage+packaging, shipping and handling, VAT etc. I dont understand why shipping needs to be added when I'm in the same country.

I find that C&P medical are good, competitive, fast delivery and free delivery on internet orders over £49 (excl VAT). I did some research a while back comparing the main suppliers and found it is worth comparing the prices as they can be quite varied. Good luck.

I would suggest telephoning and ask for a percentage discount for consumables ordered online. There is at least one very major UK online supplier who will do this.
One telephone call takes one minute which means a hundred pounds or more saved over the year!

    All the best,

    Graeme
