I hope everyone in podiatry and running will be interested in this new book - we think it will have quite an impact - Older Yet Faster - A book by Keith Bateman, age 59, holder of all 55 age-group records between 1,500m and 10,000m, technique-change coach and the oldest person to run sub 32 for 10k, and Heidi Jones Podiatrist and runner of 35 years.

This book is based on physics and personal experience in fixing runner's injuries quickly and permanently, on a daily basis with technique and podiatry skills ...

Yes, sure. It's about 2 weeks away from completion but the website is ready at olderyetfaster.com. It has our bios on it.

The book should be available in paperback, pdf, epub and mobi. Then it will be on Amazon in a few weeks.

    Cheers
